This was not an easy installation due to refitting the unit with a new gas line to meet my existing line. Plus, it was so hot! The new unit was ordered and installed within one week. During the hottest days this summer, we had our ac upstairs and downstairs quit working over a week time span (Late night and over a weekend). Performance was sensitive, timely, knowledgeable and provided quality customer service in getting our ac working. I can't say enough good things about the ladies taking my calls in the office to the technicians solving the ac problems in the field. I also want to mention they did not continously charge me with each recurring visit. We are undergoing renovations so troubleshooting amist the chaos was a challenge.
