Terrible service. A guest was smoking in the room directly next to mine at 4 am filling my entire room with smoke, and the front desk couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. I was told I could pack everything up and move down the hall with no apologies. I have worked in hotel management for 10 years. Guests who choose to disrupt other guests in such blatant disregard are fined and removed, and guests who are disrupted are at least compensated in some regard. Totally unacceptable.

We were here because my hubby was preaching for a local church and this place was very nice. Very clean, smelled really good when we first walked in the door.
