Greetings I just want to say. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I WAS NO GOING TO GET AID FOR BEING OUT FOR THE DEATH OF MY MOTHER. I'M LIKE OMG WHAT COMPANY LET YOU BE WITHOUT PAY DURING YOUR TIME OF BEREAVEMENT. I AM MOTHER'S ONLY DAUGHTER AND I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING TREATED THIS WAY. THAT IS VERY INCONSIDERATE ON THEIR PART. SINCE WHEN DO THEY NOT HAVE A HEART TO PAY YOU DURING BEREAVEMENT TIME ?? GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY, AND THIS IS UGLY...

My sister has received quality assistance with this company. I knew it was good because it had relieved my responsibility I had to provide with and for her. Due to the quality of swrvice, I have been able to be a sister (not a caregiver) again for the first time in years. Her caregiver has been off due to her own health related issues. The Company should know whom I speak of. She continues to need to off to recover, yet she stays in contact with my sister by phone. This woman goes above and beyond the call of duty. The company has sent replacement and she is adequate but no-one compares to the bond that was created by her original caregiver. Although she is missed greatly, we encourage her to completely heal before returning to work. YOU ARE DEARLY MISSED!
