        I went to the Selkie for a meditation sound bath class yesterday and absolutely loved it. Amanda is extremely talented, compassionate, and calming. If you've ever considered meditation or sound baths, I highly recommend this gem in Wilson, NC! But there is also the adorable store itself with happy & colorful gifts for everyone. An easy walk from Casita and The Whirligig, the location is perfect for parking and walking. I cannot say enough good things about the Selkie!

        Recently attended two small group Sound Healing sessions at The Selkie, in Wilson, NC. These sessions are also known as Sound Baths. Amanda is a gifted practitioner who uses her singing bowls and guided meditation to help her participants realign their energy and bring a semblance of peace into their lives. I will be back!
