MedEx Medical Transport

Today Phyllis and Tyanna provided transportation for my home care client to and from his doctor's appointment. I wanted to post a happy and appreciative "Thank You" to these two above and beyond helpful medical transport workers. They made the trip so much easier for me: a home care nurse.

Absolutely the most awful service. They could cost someone their life by not showing up!!!! They don't even rank a star!!!!!

I have used the service since March 2022. All of the transporters sent were courteous, polite, and caring. I used the service for two other personal trips (out of pocket expense) and the service was great. Very thankful for the service. Appreciate the schedulers and the drivers.

They were scheduled to move my dad at 5 p.m. from the hospital to a rehab center. At 8:15 his nurse finally got in touch with someone in dispatch who informed her that his driver was unable to move him and that the nearest and earliest available transport could not pick him up until 10 pm. We told them they were not going to move my dad in the middle of the night!!! Thankfully his Charge Nurse...Erica...got everything situated so that he could stay the night!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
