I have worked with Zach on my website now for, I believe, almost 8 years. He has always been great at helping me and keeping up with things I have needed for my website but this week he went above and beyond my expectations.
My domain was through the website company I used before I found Zach. I tried to get my domain renewed this year and the company ignored my emails and messages for a week. I was panicking because my website and website email was down during my busiest time of the year.
Zach was so diligent and quick to respond to my emails and my concerns. He worked so hard to get a new domain name up on my website and when the old company finally did renew my old domain name he worked right away to get the domain transferred over to him and put on auto renew so this would never happen again.
If you need any website needs he is your guy!
