They have gotten a bit outrageous on their prices. Not to mention they no longer have bags or even the blue baskets for shopping. Needless to say my purchases are sparse at their locations compared to what they once were.

Always a great selection of everything. Best goodwill in Wilmington however, a certain member of the staff with long stringy gray hair is without a doubt the unfriendliest employee of any goodwill I've been to. She is just rude and snaps at customers. Other than that, no complaints.

I love goodwill of course you will not always find what you are looking for but that is the thrill of the hunt! I myself go there a few times a week since I live like 3 mins away and often find good things! Its really just timing and luck! Also love the girl Megan who works there shes always friendly and working hard! Melanie not as friendly she spent about 3 mins checking my price like I wrote it or something and the lady before me asked about the new bag policy and she said Im gonna let you read the lady said I dont have my glasses but thats okay. Bad customer service in my opionion
