I have been attending Safety training here for at least 10 years and have always experienced a professional atmosphere with the staff. They are always going above and beyond to meet the needs of our company with safety training. Today I experienced professionalism at another level when the staff had to deal with a rude customer. He came in with a bad attitude and complained about his treatment and finally refuses to talk to the facilitator. I would have refused service to him, but the staff treated him with respect and served him anyway. So proud of MASC.

We booked a NON smoking room. We arrived and there were intoxicated men outside building swearing and being loud. There was a drunk staggering down hallway. The room did smell as if a smoker lived in the room. Would not refund our money. We left anyway bc it was a nasty place, smelled like smoke, and didnt feel like safe place for our children. It is a cheaper rate, but you get what you pay for here.
