        JJ tax service has been mine and my sons accountant for multiple businesses for the last 6 or 7 years now! I trust him to get the job done!! Plus his staff is really nice. I want to give a special shout out to Yami, she did an awesome job helping me when JJ was out of town recently .

        My husband went here in 2016 and every year since we've been getting mail from the irs stating we never filed, and owe money even though we paid Julian. They now no longer answer any of our calls and texts. We now live out of state, we've even came back to NC just to speak with him 2 years ago, where he assured us he'd fix it and yet it still has yet to be touched. We're now getting our pay garnished due to this, even though we had paid this man years ago.

      We are sorry you feel this way, this is never the case. From what the staff say the situation (which I can not say publicly) was explained a couple times and what was the next step. However we can not take the steps for you since we are not you. We are still willing to help if your willing to take the steps necessary to get this taken care of. On the same side, becuase we respect your information we will not give out more information. If needed to make an appointment with the owner this is possible too. Again, something has to be done on your end.

      Excuse me, since you think that then you can talk to the IRS. If several hours on the phone with the IRS for you is bad service, then you can call them. That's how you realize it. Thank you.
