This being my wife and I's first storage rental experience, Mo made it such a pleasure. Mo was extremely professional and knowledgeable with such a great personality. She took the time to walk us through the entire process and was happy to answer all of are questions.

Please be aware of any insurance that you purchase with your storage unit.. I walked in my unit one day to find soaking wet insulation in my face. My unit wasnt the only with damage. The storage facility and the insurance company are both owned by the same person, so a claim being approved is doubtful. We dont pay for water damage Maybe its my fault for buying the insurance. Update - Its now 03/16/24 and no one has contacted me. I have added more pictures of clothes that were molded and damaged, which I didnt even bother sending or included in the claim I filed. I have sent emails regarding the status and update only to have my emails returned to me as undeliverable. Make sure you understand the insurance offered. Dont be fooled by the politeness of the employees. If I had read the insurance or lack thereof that I paid for monthly I wouldnt feel like I was totally scammed The insurance they offer doesnt cover anything. Please read my letter of determination at the end. Never trust people. If you have items of value I recommend you move them elsewhere
