Big Al has always been a pleasure to work with. I have purchased several times over the past two years, working on some trouble areas in the yard. The sod has always performed very well and without issue. Weather purchasing pallet or 'by the piece' Big Al and Superior Sod has been friendly, helpful and appreciative.

I have purchased sod from Big AL for several years now and always had a great experience. Delivered on time and really nice grass. Al makes sure you're taken care of and leave with a smile. Could not ask for a better sod Man and as always we appreciate your level of service towards your customers.

Went on Tuesday and spoke with big Al who told me I could order 20 pieces of Bermuda sod to pick up on Thursday. I asked what time & he said any time before noon. Thursday comes and I arrive at 10:45am and am told that were all sold out. He then goes on to say that its first come first serve and its on our website. We drove over an hour away and that should have been specified but instead I was told anytime before noon. I expressed my frustration and he says well Ill explain it to you now since I didnt then and goes on to talk about how many pallets he had this morning, how far away HE lives, and how its first come first serve. Horrible customer service and rude attitude. Would not recommend.

Recently our family had the pleasure of purchasing SOD from Big Al. Al made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We were amazed at the high quality of the SOD. I would highly recommend Superior Sod to anyone seeking SOD!!!

Al is tremendous. Honest, with a real spirit of service. He's a people person. The sod and pine needles were good quality.
