        I purchased a VERY expensive pair of shoes and was told it would take 48 ours to break them in - as I don't live close to the store it took me more than the two week time limit to return the shoes. I was told that they had a 14 day return policy which I was not aware of. When I stated that they should tell their clients this the person stated that I should have asked. I VERY rarely return items so I have NEVER asked about a return policy. I will NEVER recommend this store or go there again!

        They carry a wide variety of Birkenstock for both men and women. Also have Sanuk, and other comfortable shoes. Customer service is good even if there only one guy running the entire store.
