        They went to our neighbors! UPS never even came to our house. Someone needs to get eyes checked. After that it said it was missed delivery when I was at the door all morning and they never came to us Their customers service is automated and a waste of time. You cant contact them at all and they are useless.

        It is almost poetic how inefficient, bureaucratic and abysmal the customer service here is. Passenger pigeons from the early 1900s would do a better job.
