I just moved here from Nashville TN. I have no money, and live in a sober living house. These people treated me with such kindness and compassion. They gave me the state grant that covers my maintenance medication, so I pay nothing out of pocket. Groups are really good too. If I could give 6 stars I would.

The worst experience so far in NC. The receptionist was rude and hateful especially about insurance. My son signed all the paperwork for them to talk to me then they wouldnt. He was trying to get in Stepping Stone but the treatment team denied him based on past hospitalizations even though they advertise help with mental illness. Then the assessor recommended another behavioral health place. They didnt even offer my son any of their services to assist him! What kind of mental health clinic tells you to go somewhere else. Where we are from we didnt have options so this is all new to us and so far there hasnt been much help.

I'm looking forward to going here seems like everywhere else they just want a bunch of money in this place actually works on your income and I think that that's amazing so I'm really excited about trying this place hope it goes well

Its hard to believe that a place will kick you out because you cant make specific groups. Your sobriety doesnt matter to them. The therapy is mediocre and Kristen wasnt pleasant as a therapist, kind of cold and belittling.
