Original as SPEC #7 this place was great I would have given it 5 stars. This place only has two things going for it now.1. They are the only place that drops off in the AM and Picks up in the PM at Murrayville Elementary.2. Most of the staff are very good.However there are to many short falls most of which occurred after the transition from SPEC to Excel1. They started raising the prices with out any warning .2. They started charging full rate during holiday weeks when children are out of school. Even though they aren't open fir several days of that week. Also even if your child doesn't attend that week at all.3. While I am on the money, even though they are charging more they are not giving the care takers the raises they got with SPEC.4. They did how ever bring on another administrator or manager of sorts. Nevertheless, this is still a con this individual talks to parents like they are ignorant and is over all rude. The place ran great with out here so I would get rid of her and give that money to the excellent care takers.5. Although excel did sod the toddler and older kids play areas the pretoddlers play area is still sand so they come home covered in sand they also will have any bits from time to time. 6. For the price that you pay here they should have some sort of application to get up dates on especially your babies. To many others have it and there is no reason besides greed for not having it.Again I really did like this place a lot and if things improve I would definitely consider going back.

Awful place to send your child. Staff is clueless and no direction. Please stay away and go to a proper daycare

Don't go here unless you are ok with the possibility of exposing your child to unvaccinated children. I was told their outbreak contingency plan was to remove the unvaccinated child after a "major outbreak". You might as well call the police after the school shooter has run out of bullets. The facility also did not have a lock or coded entry, meaning anyone can walk in.

Personally, I have had a wonderful experience with SPEC and feel confident that my child is getting the best care possible. When I talk to her teachers, I feel as if she is the only child in the class because they notice and inform me of everything she did that day. My daughter also loves going!
