We had an emergency on a Saturday morning and called around for quotes. We called Buddy Mintz and they were at our house within 45 minutes. So respectful and knowledgeable. The price was so reasonable and they went above and beyond to fix our issue! Now we have running water and were not broke! Thank you Buddy Mintz! We will definitely be using them again!

They arrived pretty late in the day and getting a phone response was hard, but when they arrived they were quick and the price felt fair. Would definitely consider using again if my warranty company can't get someone here in a timely manner.

I wont ever call another plumber in Wilmington! Buddy Mintz is the kindest, honest, most professional, and punctual plumber I have encountered. Called him at 8:30am and he picked right up. ON HIS DAY OFF!! I needed my water heater replaced quick before having company in town. Buddy arrived at 10:30am and was gone within the hour. All for what I considered a very fair price. Highly recommend calling Buddy.

Buddy installed a new water heater for me recently. He responded to my call promptly, provided insightful recommendations on tank vs tankless heaters, and installed my new heater quickly, competently, and at the appointed time.
