        Very unreliable, don't show up, when I called wax told the truck was in the sho . They promised to get back with us by Monday (it was a Friday) over a week later and they won't even respond to my messages.

        I was very pleased with the service provided. The were punctual and very professional. They immediately knew the problem and explained what was wrong. They were right and showed me why it was leaking and how they were going to fix it. They were fast, clean and courteous.       Hi Tammy. AL called up yesterday and expressed an emergency as the whole house water was turned off. We responded same day and there within an hour to take care of his needs. We only charged $59 for a service call, $35 for materials and $150 for labor. Again, this was expressed as an emergency and we put other jobs aside to be there asap.
