Your Pie Pizza

Waited 20 mins in line and we were the only people, then 15 for it to be made. Owner didn't have any urgency at all, like 0%, ice machine is broken and cover off, no music just dead silence. Just not being run like a resturant, they need to just close down again. Only one employee working, hope they get new ownership.

5 stars for the Manager/Franchise owner of Your Pie on Oleander Dr in Wilmington! We had an issue with our order being placed and he was very helpful to get it fixed. Pizza was 7/10 but the service was 10/10!

We love this place! The pizza is delicious and perfect for our vegan/ non vegan blended family. The staff is always friendly and thoughtful. A family favorite that we frequent often.

I honestly wasnt sure how to rate this restaurant because we love the food but we went back for the first time since they have reopened under new ownership and the experience was not pleasant. The staff all seemed pretty new and I have no problem being patient with them when theyre doing their best. They were all kind and our food came out great. However the owner really turned us off. We walked in to find him visibly angry/annoyed with the staff for an order that had been made wrong. Im sure he was dealing with a frustrated customer and I know thats not easy, but he was reprimanding the staff in front of the customers. I could see the employees were getting upset and/or embarrassed and it distracted them from their current tasks (making our food) so they had to continue to ask us to repeat ourselves. It was a very uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. After we finished eating and were getting gelato, the situation mustve been solved because his tune quickly changed to pleasant as he asked how our food was. I cant pretend to understand how hard it is to be a new business owner and Im sure he was just having an off day. Unfortunately that frustration and bad day was taken out on his (mostly young) employees and not done in private or appropriately. As much as we love this place and their food, I dont know when or if we will be going back. The employees really deserve better.
