        Edit: raising my review to three stars after working with customer service. Service was fine - the one time they came out to complete the service. The guy came out and did our initial service. Then, they completely skipped my first quarterly service. Be warned that if you try to cancel the 12 month contract - even due to Hawxs violation of the contract - they will try to charge you a $199 fee. Again, the service was fine. The tech was nice, and truly passionate about what he does. But the company is difficult to work with, and seems to care most about collecting your money.

        Tech was polite, on time and explained everything she did. Just after first treatment I can notice a difference. So far very happy. Services: Hornet & wasp extermination, Flea & mite extermination, General pest inspection, Mosquito extermination
