Of The Essence Design+Build and Paint

I had a toilet flood upstairs and part of downstairs while away from home. I am happy with the work completed by Of the Essence Design+Build and Paint. The quality of the work is really good. I am also pleased that the project was given the attention needed to complete in an acceptable time frame. Shannon and his team made sure they included me in decisions as the project progressed. I would recommend Of the Essence Design.

Shannon and his team did a buildout for Infinity Acupuncture in the Surf City Crossing shopping center in fall of 2023. Estimated time was 8 weeks. Not only did they finish early!!!!, but there were no worries, issues, problems.. the only change order was a small plumbing miscalculation which was resolved easily. We were able to move in and open early for business. Our patients LOVE the new space as we do! So grateful for such honest, trustworthy work and team.
