I bought the workout program and have now gone through it 2 or 3 times. The Work out program works very well for me. It is structured and effective. It is motivating. I don't follow the menu, but I just try to eat consciously, which makes it easier for me to stick to it. I did notice that after the 12 weeks of workout you actually have to continue with the program and not stop. I saw that, if all goes well, follow-up programs will soon be available online. That would be nice.

I placed an order and never Received my product. Not only that, the 30 day money back guarantee is false, they do not honor this. They don't provide you with a personalized workout like advertised. I did not like the set up and I did call to ask for my money back. I sent 6 emails total only for them to respond to me twice in a period of 10 days. They don't respond within 24 hours like they say. I would not recommend buying this product as they Bombard you with emails daily about upselling more product or buying their promotional partnerships products. It's about getting your money and not actually helping you get healthy. I'm very disappointed in this company, It's great marketing but a gimmick period. This is a SCAM COMPANY

AVOID! If I could give a minus rating I would. Simply for shady business practices. I saw an infomercial online. YouTube or Facebook (I should have known better!!!) My initial inquiry purchase was followed up with a very hard sell call. The Salesman pressured me to take autoship, I declined. I didn't sign up for auto ship (the product is very expensive) and I told him why I wasn'ttaking autoship plan. When I did get my product (only the one order) I had approved, no order number or packing slip was provided. Or receipt or contact information. I tried to cancel through PayPal but they needed proof. I had none. No confirmation from the company no correspondence. And the phone number was out of service!!! I've lost over $600 through autoships from my PayPal account and it's a long fight to get my money back. If ever! The burden of proof is on me! Onev of the worst mistakes and most expensive I've ever made. Oh and by the way I'd told the Salesman I was a senior on limited income that was why I wanted to get one order only to try!

Awful company. I ordered their product and it does not work; however, in having to try it for 90 days, as they advised, I was out of the guarantee period and could not receive a refund for the unused portion (another 90 day supply). To add insult to injury, they charged my card again and no one is responding to my emails or phone calls. Every time I've called, I've been on hold for over an hour... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Emailed them to cancel the day I purchased since you have to order their items to follow the meal plan and then the disks were still sent to me 3 days after I asked to cancel so paypal refuses to give me a refund until I return the item. But I had to pay refund fee and by the time I could afford it to send it back, case closed no refund for me. This company is a scam. Order their meal plan and AFTER you pay for it THEN you find out you have to order their powder for the breakfast milkshakes. doesnt say anything like that before you pay.
