Wilmington Nail Salon

Very poor customer service. Confirmed an appointment with the owner of the store and when we showed up for our appointment, we were not on the schedule. The girls in the store had no idea what we were talking about. I called the owner to talk to him about it and he was rude and pretended that he never confirmed the appointment, even though we have texts showing a confirmation. Very bad business, will not be returning and will not be recommending to anyone.

The staff was very unprofessional when we tried to explain to them that we DID NOT get what we thought we were getting due to the advertising on their website. The older lady was banging on the desk while talking to us and refused to listen. If they were such a great business they would had been professional about it and made a WRONG RIGHT again. Instead they were rude as idk what. I WILL NOT recommend this business to anyone. We live and learn and I learned very quickly that this is NOT a place of quality business , they just paint a pretty picture by the way they decorate the shop. I don't care how fancy the place is if the business IS NOT quality all that pretty razzle dazzle means NOTHING. Sadly they have a lot of others fooled.

I had a fantastic experience at this nail salon! Opted for a French manicure and couldn't be happier. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Jen, the nail technician, was incredibly sweet and attentive. She did a fantastic job, and I left with perfectly manicured nails. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

The best massage and pedicure/ nail set I have ever gotten. They made me feel so special. We went for my bridal shower. I cannot recommend this place enough
