They were decent the first couple times I went. But I went last week for a regular manicure and pedicure, and the service I received was terrible. After about 30 minutes of waiting, they put me in a chair and started the water. Way too hot so they turned the cold on. Then it was too cold. I told them it was cold and they made me wait til the woman got to me. She never did adjust the temperature. Arrived at 5pm - two hours before closing. But by the time they got to me it was closer to 6pm. I received a rushed and sloppy pedicure, and an even more rushed and sloppy manicure. When I made a friendly comment about how my nails were filed crooked, the woman got annoyed and barely did anything to fix them. I took the file and fixed them myself which she didnt like. I doubt Ill go back there, but if I do, that woman will not be doing my nails.

Stopped in and they told me 15 minutes to wait so ran an errand and returned in 15 minutes. Then they said that is was a 30 minute wait. So left and came back in 30 minutes and they didn't acknowledge me and finally I asked how much longer and the very rude staff member told me to just sit down so I sat down and called another salon who took me in ASAP and did a fabulous job. Just rude will not return ever again. Service: Gel manicures
