The Pink Zebra Moving Company was AWESOME! Everyone was very kind and courteous and made moving a breeze, even moving a piano- a treasured family heirloom with ease. Thanks so much!

What started out sounding great, it quickly went down hill. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Pink Zebra. The process started out very well, Pam our consultant was quick to respond and answer our questions and provide a quote for our move(unfortunately the quote was significantly less than what we actually were billed and paid, so plan for your quote to be 1.5-2X less than actual cost!). When the move was approaching we had unanswered emails and calls regarding the process. Packing was not complete and a person short of the three person team that was presented to us. The team stated they did not have enough materials and would need to finish the following day for an additional charge. Because we had a time sensitive move I elected to finish the job myself so there was not a delay with loading or delivery. The following day the loading crew arrived and were very underwhelming in their appearance and knowledge. The crew smelled very strongly of marijuana and packed the truck poorly that a second truck had to be found and loaded with the rest of our belongings. Delivery was on time and a local crew assisted Pink Zebra with the unloading, at the end of the process we noticed our entire cleaning closest was missing. Cordless Dyson, mops, brooms, swiffers etc.the manager on site assured us he would find these belongings for us but did not have any paperwork for us to properly file a claim that day. We were shocked that these items were missing and assumed we would find them packed away in a box. We said if these were in fact missing an $800 vacuum was a bit different than something being damaged in transit vs. something being not delivered. A few weeks went by and we never heard from Pink Zebra, after unpacking the last box we noticed an entire closest was missing along with the cleaning supplies. These items were over $1,500 including some items that did not have cash value but personal/sentimental value. The few items that were damaged in the transit was not a big deal, we expected some items to not survive the move no matter who completed the move. When I reached out about the missing and damaged items to file a claim, I completed requested paperwork and their offer was $75 that they would credit to the card on file. So between a very low quote that we were assured most quotes are higher than the actual price, unprofessional services and over $1,500 worth of items that went missing while in possession of Pink Zebra, unfulfilled promises from Managment and a general lack of caring and not delivering on their companys promoted values. I can not recommend them for your moving needs.

Timely, kind, professional. Great team from the woman who packed our kitchen the day before (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) to the team with Joshua, Matt, and Larry - excellent people, experienced, and caring - really appreciated thier professionalism and working with us.

The three men Dale, TJ and Drew who helped us move were fantastic... They worked quickly but were very careful with our furniture and belongings. Our mattresses were sealed in plastic to make sure that we're kept clean. Drop cloths were put in the foyer and halls to make sure our floors were not soiled. They were polite and in good spirits throughout the move. We were charged by the hour and because they worked so quickly our bill ended up being significantly less than anticipated. Based on our experience today. I would highly recommend Pink Zebra movers.
