        After two months here, they tried to raise rates on me. When I asked about it, they apologized and waived the increase. 60 days later, I just got another notification of rate increase.

        Heather & Jamie have helped me multiple times with patience & kindness. I rented online but ended up wanting a different storage unit that opened to the outside. They listened to me and switched it out right away. Which locks work best? How do you even open these storage doors? What is the meaning of life? They smiled and laughed with me and not at me (i think). Thank you!

        Ive been going here for a while now and Jamie has been nothing but a pleasure to work with since day 1. I recently had to come back to get another unit and got a chance to meet Heather and seeing Jamie again! They made it the easiest transaction Ive dealt with all year!
