Therapists here are just okay, they are typically brand new and don’t have much experience. Med Management is an absolute joke. One provider is giving out meds like candy, even providing a med to a patient who had previously tried overdosing on that particular medication. They will completely not show up to appts and blame you the patient. This place may be good if you are med seeking or don’t want to take your healing journey serious, for those who want real help, avoid this place at all costs and get on the road to healing with a place that has a good working therapeutic model, this is just a money grab.

I had a great experience until last month. They cut me off my Adderall bc my blood pressure was a little high I went to my PCP and they said everything was normal and it was redundant they wanted the letter signed. Now I'm experiencing more panic attacks I told them I would try and find a new Dr since there was no way around their policy. I called to express this concern they told me I was discharged for non compliance when I did everything they asked me to do. So now if I don't figure out something in time I'm liable to have seizures withdrawing. I'm living out a hotel n tryin to work two jobs I got fired from my last job bc they just took the Adderall from me which my PCP said wasn't right either. My blood pressure is higher bc I lost my house my kids are with my dad and much more. Dont go here if u have high blood pressure.

Wonderful care! Providers are very good, admin staff are great. Had some issues getting my new insurance info on file and needed prior authorization. The nurse called me within an hour of my message and tried to help. Once billing dept got back to me they were all on it and had it taken care of. Even if there is an issue, they have demonstrated that they are capable and really really care about their patients, admin and clinical staff. Frustrations in healthcare are unavoidable(especially insurance related stuff ugh), and a supportive clinic can make it 10x easier to manage.

The staff at the Wilmington location are so nice. They are very understanding and make sure you are comfortable with everything. Kendal is the provider here and she is so great. She made me feel heard and comfortable with her as a new patient. They offer online appointments which makes it really easy to be seen!
