Peri has been my doctor for years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is honest, straightforward and fair. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful.

Azalea Coast has truly saved my life. From the medical staff Perry and Desire down to the office staff Kelly, Crystal and Kayla. Not to mention Ms. Nikia is the most caring, understanding and a wealth of knowledge. I'm the best version of myself today due to this great team of amazing women.

When I first started going here I was sceptical as it was not very professional. Peri was very understanding, accommodating and funny though so I chose to stay. I found out I was being charged as a primary care visit which with my insurance cost money instead of a behavioral health which is free, they couldn't really give me an answer as to why. I had thought of leaving but then stuff in my life got really rocky and Peri stepped in actually helping me look for a place to stay and everything! Then came Christmas. The rest I was taking weekly I was told to do money instead. Ok. The appointment I was told I could call in instead ok. All of the sudden after the new year I was told no more test. I couldn't book an appointment and I had to use the chat services just to try and get a prescription as no one would answer or return my call. Now here we are in March and noone is even replying to the chat services. I have requested my records so I can go somewhere else but when I show up the door is locked during business hours. Now I need to start from square one again. I don't know what happened to this business but I should have listened to the original red flags!! Only reason I gave 3 stars is because they were decent at the begining. Do not recommend.
