My husband and I both have now had issues with fraudulent billing. My husband got billed for an autoimmune test and appointment that he never even had. They also called and made him believe he might have an autoimmune disease. When we called upset about this their response was oh we must have accidentally added all of that in. Now a couple months later and Im being billed for services from a pathology clinic saying that Wilmington Health used them for my results and didnt pay them?! I never even had a biopsy or anything else done. I dont even live in Wilmington at this point. I think theyre falsely billing for services to collect more money. Service here hasnt ever been great either but thats clearly not even the worst part.

Always a great experience. Marcella and Linda are great at the front desk. Casey was friendly and kind when taking my vitals and discussing my history. Dr. Holdsworth is a true professional, and is very clear and straight forward when discussing my health with me. Thank you Wilmington Healthcare team.
