Traveler Store

Raying the store as a "3" = "Incomplete" or "neutral". I've been in there a few times over the years and bought a few smaller items, loved the place. I just now attempted to do some "virtual shopping" on their website, only to learn that access was only through Facebook. I don't do Facebook.

Dateline Nov 2021 About a year ago I purchased new Travelpro luggage from Vic at the Traveler Store in Wilmington NC. On a recent trip to New York the from zipper was damaged from the automated baggage equipment at the airport. I took it over to Vic and explained my situation. He indicated the unit was covered by Travelpro's unconditional factory warranty and he would ship it too them for a small shipping fee (not covered by the warranty program). It came back in about a week all fixed...or so it seemed !! The zipper sliders were not locking the chain claws in place. I brought it back to Vic and showed him the problem. He took it back immediately and shipped it to the factory repair depot (at no cost to me) to get it right. It came back in about five working days and appears to be holding properly. We all know that problems can arise with any equipment, but for me it's all about how the vendor or service provider stands behind their product or service. Kudos to Vic and the Traveler Store for getting this fixed for me. If you need travel luggage, stay local with the team at the Traveler store. I'm glad I did.....I can only imagine the hassle if I had purchased this on-line!!!
