They are meticulous, polite, professional and hard working. Always cleaned up at the end of the day never leaving anything behind. Design was done very collaboratively with the designer who developed the plan. All our input was valued and incorporated along with suggestions as to what would work with our vision. Work was done on time, installed per the design and jobsite was kept clean and organized throughout the install.

Element brought inspired design, a professional team and flawless execution to our re-envisioned front yard. We wanted a more refined entrance, but also desired a solution that would be habitat friendly for pollinators and birds. We couldnt be more delighted with the finished project. Highly recommend. Element Outdoor Living was both professional and friendly from the first initial phone introduction to the final walk through. Throughout the design process and installation, Kaysa, Drew and the team used their expertise and knowledge to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard. We are beyond pleased with our new landscaping and highly recommend them to anyone doing landscaping in the Southport area.
