A few years ago, we began using Cedric Dickerson's State Farm agency. All I can say is that, my experiences with his team have been wonderful. They are professional, courteous, and concerned about their customers, especially Deborah! She is so thorough, polite, and patient when answering any questions I may have concerning our policies. This positive behavior puts customers at ease. Deborah would be great for a State Farm commercial for sure! Like a good neighbor, for real!

So, years ago I was on the hunt for an insurance company that would cover my and my familys insurance needs. Stumbled onto Henry Brown State Farms Insurance Office. There I met a wonderful agent, Ms. Deborah Bell. Both Mr. Brown and Ms. Bell took amazing care of my familys every need. After the passing of Mr. Brown, Ms. Bell transitioned to Mr. Cedric Dickersons office, and so did my familys policies. I thank Ms. Bell for taking such great care of our needs. Years and years ago - I needed auto insurance coverage. I reached out to Henry Brown. He and his staff were always very helpful and attentive to all of my insurance needs. When Henry passed - State Farm tried to send my account to some "unknown agent". I told them that I did not want that agent as I found out that Debbie was with Cedric Dickerson. I told State Farm that I would just take my business elsewhere if they didn't consent to put my business with Cedric. I am so happy and satisfied with him as well. He and his staff (Debbie included) made me feel like I was "family". I highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for an insurance agent.
