My heat was not working right before the big cold snap. I had contacted Trevor about the issue late on a Thursday evening and he was able to come out first thing Friday morning. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes! Will definitely use for all future HVAC needs

Would recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs. Came to my rescue while I was not in town. Did not try to sell me a new system, and kept to their quotes price. I called other companies and well known corps in Wilmington to see what they would price the fix at and they quoted well over double the cost that Tony Franks did. Honest, Fair, and trustworthy company! Thanks Trevor and Adam!

These guys are awesome! I run the maintenance depot for a Property management company and Tony Franks H & A has been a godsend not only for service calls, but they have also given us very competitive estimates on new system installations. Fast service, pro staff, reasonable costs. Thanks guys!
