He also made himself available on multiple occasions to answer follow up questions, which ultimately saved us meaningful time and money on our home purchase. John has performed two residential inspections for me and he did an excellent job each time. He was professional and responsive - delivering a comprehensive report quickly. In retrospect, it's also clear that he evaluated the property thoroughly with no missed issues arising since the inspections.
