        Maxim has let us down so many times. This just happens to be the most recent. We had a nurse tell them 3 months in advance she was leaving. We called them with a plan and till this day we still have no nurse. The ones they have sent out one was 21 mins late with no communication to her first shift. The next one could only work two day every other week. The third one wanted 40+ hours a week which due to billing we are not able to do. And last nurse that they sent out asked me what syringe to use for meds and if the child could walk after 5 hours in the home.
