One of the BEST cuts Ive ever gotten anywhere. Ive gotten so many compliments and love that I can wear it in so many ways. Love how Karen takes her time and truly cares to make sure youre satisfied. Shes awesome!

I am a C-level professional and an extreme profectionist who has been going to Karen since 1999. From the start, she listened to me, got to know me, then combined my wishes with her professional knowledge to give me straight forward, bottom line, feedback. Whether it was for a perm, color, cut, or just a style, she hit the "Nail on the head" each and every time giving me exactly the look I was shooting for. For the times when I needed a change but didn't know what I wanted, she instinctively knew what to do to keep me modern, give me a change, yet still keep me within the professional persona I had for myself. During the last couple of years, I've lived away from Wilmington and have gone to other stylists whom have not delivered; e.g. One turned my hair orange and one has taken just shy of 2 years to get my color half way to my desired point. I've traveled the distance to have Karen fix it. I can not say enough about her person and her capabilities. I give her 10 out of 5 stars to match the fact she gives 10 out of 5 star service. I've posted before and after photos of my hair going from a bronzie, brownish-red to a blonde with a light-brown undertone. I had spent close to $2k and 20+ months to go from a #4 dark brown to the bronzie, brownish-red color and was told it would take roughly another year or so and another $1.5k+ to get my hair where Karen got it in 1 sitting and for half the price of 1 sitting with my local stylist! She's phenomenal!
