We talked to a few contractors about this job before we were referred to Chris and the outcomes were so disappointing that we were a little nervous about moving forward at all. We were referred to Chris @ Delaney's Coastal Construction for interior finishing trim/carpentry for our home. Chris responded promptly and had a full understanding of our needs and ideas. He kept us informed on our projects process every step of the way. He and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. We are 1000% HAPPY ! We have a long story but it comes down to Chris being willing to take on a job that was left in shambles and getting his best guy, Tim to make this magic happen. My husband and I wanted the brochure picture of composite decking in our backyard- following a lot of research we were not very hopeful in it being delivered until we met them ! We have had the pleasure of working with a variety of different local contractors over the past 20 plus years on various projects. Therefore I do not take writing reviews lightly as I have depended on many reviews in the past when looking for contractors. With that being said...Delaney's Coastal Construction is by far my absolute FAVORITE all around!! I can not express how fantastic Chris and his crews are!! They were on-time, they returned calls in a very timely manner, they did NOT rush through our project so they could get to the next job, very reasonably priced, the list goes on!! Chris was able to design our addition to our home and then gave us choices of the different materials we could use - But NEVER pushed us one way or another on what to use. Words can not explain how GREAT this company is! I would even be willing to speak to any potential clients/customers in regards to Delaney's Coastal Construction. Chris and his team did a fantastic job for us in replacing the 20+ year old shake-style vinyl siding on our house with Hardie siding (Fall of 2021). Chris communicated pretty much on a daily basis with us and always checked on the progress. While doing the work, we ran into a problem with our header beam across the front porch. It started rotting on one side of the porch. We ended up having to replace that header all the way. This appeared to be no problem for Chris and his team. Once they were able to locate and receive a beam, they promptly continued with the work. We had contracted at the same time a roofing company to replace our roof and Chris did coordinate with them as for the timing and sequencing of work. Additional to the siding work, Chris replaced 4 windows in the attic, the front door, and our old round columns for the square ones. We could not be any happier with the outcome. We highly recommend Chris and his team. We are already plotting to have his team to do some additional work for us.
