Their products may be good but they have zero grace for customers not being able to pick up their orders that they have to place 3 months in advance. They have a 3 hour pick up period and if you cant make it for whatever reason, they discard your order. And when I tried to reach out they would not return my calls. Finally, got an email back saying if I failed to pick up my order, it was already discarded. I will not be a repeat customer and I will be telling all my friends about my experience. That was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation. Im now out $70 and they didnt even have the consideration to talk to me about it.

Nothing could be easier, order your fresh chicken online. Choose what you want, pick a date, time and place for pick up and that's it.
