We could not find any licensed mold testing companies in North Carolina and come to find out the reason is North Carolina sadly does not require a license to do mold testing. I guess someone that cuts hair or mows grass one day the next day they can say they are in the mold testing business with zero experience. We found Will a licensed mold testing company and asked him to inspect two flooded homes that we had from Hurricane Florence. Even though he is busy busy, he came out the next day. From when he walked in the door at our first house I could tell by his inspection we were not ready for a mold test and we had some work to do but he was kind enough to tell us what work we had to do and was kind enough to suggest ways to do it.. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and DO NOT rebuild a flood home without a mold inspection and clearance letter, it will be hard to impossible to ever sell it without one....
