I recently had to go to this location for a test, the woman at the front Jennifer was great. I had a few questions that she had no issue answering and she was able to ensure I was able to get set up and ready for my test.

My first experience with the testing center was great with the VA office, but I just called the testing center today and told them the reason for my call. The lady on the phone was rude and sounded irritated about "the reason for my call" She said I called the wrong office, that she works on the second floor, and the VA (the office I was looking for) was on the first floor. I asked for the phone number for the VA office on the first floor, and she said, "I don't have their phone number, and I don't work for them." What a rude way to provide customer service. I hope people like that stop answering phone calls from customers. We don't need attitudes like that. I wish stuff like that gets fixed.
