Two Fifty Cleaners

Ive gotten my garments cleaned here since 2018. Staff has always been extremely professional and my items returned on time. Ive even had a few alterations done here and have pleased with the results.

1. They gave us someone else's pants when we picked up our dry-cleaning. 2. When we took the pants back to the store, neither of the two employees spoke enough English to understand the issue and why we were returning the pants. They kept trying to give us back the pants.

I have used this location two separate times, once for a suit and once for an evening gown. Both times they did a good job, fair prices, polite employees.

The owner has a very nasty attitude. She was disrespectful and very unprofessional. When I told her I did not know my PIN number she snatched the machine and completed the transaction herself. This may be the worse cleaners in Wilmington.

Despite reading other negative reviews, I brought some shirts and a jacket to be cleaned to see for my self how this company does. I asked why they had bad reviews and she said because of the language barrier with a previous employee from a while back. The woman that took my shirts and cashed me out was very professional and very kind and accommodating. She told me when I could pick up my shirts and I will add to this review Tuesday when I do so. But with the professionalism that was displayed from the start, I am very hopeful that I will be satisfied with the work and timeliness of the cleaning! As for now I left the store with a smile and hopes for the future pickup! To be continued...
