The best Dental office in Wilmington Port City Family Dentistry.... as soon as you walk through the door it feels like your family and the effortless entire list work that Dr Wolske puts in and the kindness that comes along with it makes for me in my opinion one of the best dental office is in Wilmington very knowledgeable of her Dentistry work and the staff are super super great people to deal with... so if you need quality dental work please take my advice this will be the place you need to go and you can thank me later.....

Today I was see at Port City Dental office. I was greeted with the staff with a very nice smile, friendly greeting. I didnt have to wait for more than 5 minutes before my Hygienist came to get me for my cleaning appointment. Dr. Jillian was super, friendly and very helpful on the care of my teeth! She and her staff are so helpful and friendly.

The dentist may be very proficient - I wouldnt know because the front desk staff did not follow through with my request for an appointment. Since when is an email the best way to communicate with a potential patient when theyre trying to be scheduled? It was 12 hours before I saw the response with a suggested time and date.. after the first one couldnt work because it would be the next day. People work, but appointments still must be made. After asking for a call back the next day - that didnt happen.. so I called. I could tell just by speaking to the front desk person that this may not be a good overall experience. Front desk staff is just as important as the professionals they represent. Im going elsewhere.

Dr Wolske and her staff are the best! I have been going to them for 15 years and appreciate them looking out for my well being. Wouldnt go anywhere else! 10 rating! They are awesome!
