        My daughter and son-in-law's home was built by this builder. And, personally I would never recommend them. No attention to detail, and in several areas poor installation of materials. For example some of the windows and window screens don't work properly. This builder turned a DREAM HOME into a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.

        Venture llc. Built our house in New Bern,North Carolina. Because of covid it took longer than expected. However the wait was well worth it. Love the house. Any small issues after move in were handled quickly and efficiently. I would easily recommend them to anyone. Just realize that the impact covid has had on the building industry means every aspect of building (getting materials,etc) takes longer than pre covid . The care and quality this company takes is worth the wait. Jeff and Cheryl Hard
