We're very happy with our home of 5 years. Hagood was easy to work with, quick to respond to any issue and very flexible. We especially like the deep window sills, the trim work, 8 foot doors and general quality of the house.

My wife and I could not be happier with our new Hagood home. The house is extremely well constructed and the vast majority of our experience was fantastic. Albeit, not perfect when I did raise my concerns regarding the lack of communication post-closing, it was quickly resolved and my punch list has rapidly decreased. Again, we love our home and had we wo do all over again we would certainly select Hagood as our builder.

First time building a home and I couldn't have picked at better builder than Hagood Homes. The whole team, especially Nora and Hannah, were very helpful guiding me through the process to achieve my dream home. I ended up with a beautiful quality home in a wonderful neighborhood.

Working with Hagood throughout the design and construction process was extremely smooth and on time. In particular, Patrick Wright was always on top of any issues that came up. Even after the first year warranty period, if there was a minor problem, Hagood was very helpful in recommending tradespeople. After 8 years of ownership, we have had no problems with the house. We were very happy with our Hagood experience.
