        Kevin Coats with Value Build Homes Wilmington team knocked this Linda out of the park at OKI. It's hard to believe how quickly this house was built with such amazing quality of work. Kevin helped me out and got me in touch with some people in the area for things that needed to be done to pass the next inspection to keep things moving smoothly. Kevin has been one of the best guys to work with and would highly recommend him if your looking to build in this area.

        There was a lot of ups and downs with my build when we first started with sells and the house designer. After Kevin Coats got that part all fixed. The fun of building began. This was their first time VBH ever built a house in the mytle Beach area. With doing something for the first time in this area Kevin Coats pulled it off. He was great to work with. So was Rick. Their QR Lady Dana is wonderful. So if your looking to build in horry county, VBH with Kevin Coats is the way to go. He Listens and will build you the house you want.

Everyone we worked with was very professional, responsible and always willing to work with us and accommodate our needs. Kevin Coats, our project manager, is simply the best. He goes above and beyond for his clients and is the most reliable, knowledgeable professional one can find. Kevin was there for us every step of the way.
