Ive known Chris for 30 years and hes been an invaluable resource for my restaurant businesses from small projects to ground-up construction. You can guarantee a fair price on all restaurant equipment you purchase through him. He knows the ins and outs of all of the health department requirements. I cant put into words how much he helped me navigate that process as I built Za Pie Pizzeria. With all of the challenges us business owners face today with rising costs and longer construction timelines, its so helpful to have someone like Chris in your corner.

The creation of Little Loaf Bakery & Schoolhouse has been a labor of love for my family, especially for Pastry Chef and Baker Julia, and having Chris Gannons experience from the onset has been a blessing! When my daughters business was just a dream, we were in need of a source who could be a go-to for many questions that we would inevitably have and to help with issues that might occur during the developmental process of opening an old world bakery from scratch. I do enjoy designing spaces, so I initially provided Chris with what I thought could be a possible layout within the framework of our property. He took it from there and made suggestions to make the outcome practical and efficient. He helped us decide on many pieces of the puzzle which would ultimately become a beautiful and practical working bakery! Working with Chris has been nothing less than wonderful! His vast knowledge and experience with all aspects of the food industry and of specific equipment has been invaluable! With Chris, there is never a hard sell!
