Blackline renovated three of our bathrooms, one of which was an extensive Jack and Jill bath renovation including bedroom closets. Sam and his team were ethical, reliable, and professional. Sam ensured we received the appropriate permits, regularly involved us in the decision making process, identified affordable alternatives throughout the process, and returned after the work was completed to fix any little snags. The quality of their work is top notch and we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Sam and his team, and we will definitely use them again to renovate our master bathroom.

The Blackline team was amazing to work with! Every detail was taken care of and the team worked together seamlessly. A kitchen remodel can be very disruptive, but the Blackline team considered our family first and worked tirelessly to coordinate installs in the most efficient way possible. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Blackline and plan to use them again when our next project comes up!

I would highly recommend Blackline Building LLC ! They spared no attention to detail on our home and were extremely responsive and professional with all of our questions and finishing projects. They care about the quality of their projects and it shows! It feels wonderful to live in a home that was built with pride.

I cannot recommend Blackline Building, LCC highly enough. They were clear, prompt and professional when communicating about us before and during the renovation. During the renovation process they moved quickly, cleanly (We lived down stairs and it was seriously the most clean job site I've experienced) and cared about craft. The entire Blackline Building team is professional in every way and has a genuine care for their clients. We could not be more pleased to write this review and highly recommend them for any of your house needs! Our house is a 1980s brick ranch house in Pine Valley and they opened up the living space to give us an open floor plan. They took out several existing walls along with a completely new kitchen, bathroom, and everything else from the floors up. They even helped create a layout of an office/schoolroom so we could have an L-shaped Kitchen and corner pantry which we love!! Not only did they exceed our personal expectations but have a proven track record as they have completed work for other friends that we recommended. With their years of experience and wealth of knowledge, they offered helpful suggestions along the way to aid in our decision making. Particularly in the little details that had the most impact on the overall look! We are so thankful for their attention to detail and ability to get the most out of our budget! While they hold to a high standard and produce quality work in every aspect of the house, perhaps the greatest comfort is knowing they pursue their work with the utmost integrity. In this field it can be difficult to find, but you can rest assured that they will honor their commitments and go about it the right way! We cant say enough good things about our experience, and anyone who walks in our doors cant say enough good things about our design and finished product. We will no doubt use them again for any future work!
