I do custom work and was commissioned to make some oak leaves for a table. So hearing of Rugby I decided to purchase the wood from them especially after being told white oak was $5.79 a board foot, sadly reality was somewhat different $12.10 a board foot and the wood was cupped and I am now struggling to get three quarter inches from a 5 quarter board. Beware follow woodworkers! This is not the place to buy your lumber!

Just discovered this fantastic building supply option in Wilmington! Customer service was outstanding. David took extra time to make sure I had everything I needed. Quality of supplies and materials are so much better than the typical big box stores. Dont expect to walk around and browse like you would at typical retail locations. But if you know what you need and if you want high quality - this is ideal. They have in stock cabinets in a ton of sizes, too! And check out their dead stock table - I got some great cabinet pulls for 25 cents!

Worked with David Sessoms and was patient and very helpful throughout the purchasing process for a Kitchen Remodel. He explained each and every model of cabinets that we could purchase. We went over measurements and ensured that everything we were getting was exactly to the point. Also, dealing with Rugby products has helped tremendously with getting it delivered straight to the shop without having to run to the store. Great products and awesome customer service!
