Loved dealing with this company. The installers, Mitch, Chris and Thomas were more than competent and very professional. I appreciated their interest in making sure that I understood how this worked. Will work with them again.

I'm not in the dating world so I've never been "ghosted" since that became a thing. But this company is the first to ghost me. And why? I just wanted a quote for a screen door. Holden, the VP/COO, came out was very nice, measured the space. He said he'd be in touch. I was excited to get a screen door installed, and I was in no hurry. He said that products were coming in slowly these days and I get that. But then after not hearing from him with the quote after 2 weeks I emailed. Nothing. Then I called. Nothing. I called again. Nothing. Maybe run your relationships like this but not a business. If this is how you run a business i don't think you'll be around long. Very unprofessional. I'll be going to Azalea Coast Screen which I've had a good experience with customer service from in the past. I was just trying to support someone a little more local.
