I have been a client of Cape Fear Auto Insurance for the last 10 years. Every time I am up for renewal, not only do they give me a courtesy call, but they always save me money and shop different companies to give me the best price. I have been nothing but grateful over these years. Thank you for your service.

Dickson Kessler was the most unprofessional person I have EVER dealt with. Not only did he mess up my policy and not provide information I needed about it, I had several important policy coverage and lapse issues that he didn't bother to fix or clear up. He wouldn't even help me fix the mess he helped create or figure out what was happening. I provided info about my car to him, he set up a policy, I provided payment and gave him my info for autopayment so I wouldn't have to worry about it... then I received a bill from the state for lapsed coverage, I received a cancellation notice from the insurance company for wrong drivers license info, I later received another cancellation for a payment error! I would expect when I hire a company to take care of something, they do so, and when they don't, that they provide the info needed (and required by law) without intentionally being more difficult. This guy won't even send me records or info of our transactions because he doesn't like my tone.. I'm sorry they don't like my tone but I'm looking at penalties and fines from the state for a lapse in coverage that shouldn't have happened and its been extremely upsetting and frustrating to deal with... especially when the gatekeeper to my info REFUSES to provide me any info. They were paid for a service and did a terrible job, causing numerous problems for me month after month (only insured with them for three months!) and yet REFUSE to help resolve the troubles caused. DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS>>> Seriously.. Not worth the headache

They are very easygoing people they get you the best rate possible will recommend to anyone
