Terrible never received the monies owed to me and promised to me after flooding.. apt was gutted out and expected me to stay with mold no flooring. moved out and email responses stopped.

I've lived here almost two years. Since this place was bought over by Lincoln a few months back, it has gone downhill tremendously. The staff turnover now is a revolving door. They do not address problems well, and have very little enthusiasm that should be expected of anyone in customer service. Organizing starts from the top down, so somebody in their corporate needs to address this issue. I do not plan to renew my lease when it expires. Some folks own condos here. I feel sorry for them. Now they will lose a quiet, clean, rent-paying tenant.

since the change of management this has become terrible, the people at the reception have no regard for you. you call they don't answer, send emails they don't answer. they rented my apartment even before the end of the term of my contract, they are giving me a bigger headache. They are terrible, I don't recommend them. the team from before was wonderful, unfortunately, sad for those who will still need to stay in this condominium and have to go through these constraints.
